HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

1 Section 2 (2) (b) of the North Island-Coast Development Initiative Trust Act, S.B.C. 2005, c. 36, is amended by striking out "he or she" and substituting "the individual".

2 Section 6 (3) (a) and (b) is amended by striking out "he or she" and substituting "the director".

3 Section 9 is amended

(a) in subsection (1) (b) by striking out "he or she" and substituting "the director", and

(b) in subsection (3) by striking out "he or she" and substituting "the replacement director".

4 Section 13 (2) is amended by striking out "his or her" and substituting "the director's".

Commencement

5 This Act comes into force on the date of Royal Assent.
