HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
The Bill adds the value of public safety and conservation to the Act.
1 Section 1 of The Hunting and Fishing Heritage Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 79, is amended by striking out "in accordance with the law" and substituting ", subject to conservation and public safety law".
