HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

Acts repealed

1  The following Acts are repealed:

(a) Health and Social Services Delivery Improvement Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 2;

(b) Health Sector Partnerships Agreement Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 93.

Consequential Amendment

Community Services Labour Relations Act

2 Section 7 (3) of the Community Services Labour Relations Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 27, is repealed.

Commencement

3  This Act comes into force by regulation of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

 
Explanatory Note

This Bill repeals the Health and Social Services Delivery Improvement Act and the Health Sector Partnerships Agreement Act.
