Honourable Members:

During the committee stage of Bill (No. 9), it is my understanding that agreement has been reached which will permit standing divisions on sections of the Bill should they be requested. In addition, the provisions of Practice Recommendation No. 1 will be available to Members.

At 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 29th, all remaining sections of the Bill will be put to the committee in one block vote, which itself will be subject to one standing division.

After the committee reports to the House, the question for third reading will likewise be subject to a standing division.
