HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

1 Section 20 (1) of the Job Protection Act, S.B.C. 1991, c. 4, is repealed and the following substituted:

(1) This Act, except this section, is repealed on April 12, 1997.

2 Section 50.2 (12) of the Forest Act, R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 140, is repealed and the following substituted:

(12) Subsection (11) and this subsection are repealed on April 12, 1997.
