Statute Revision Act

The South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act, S.B.C. 1998, c. 30, is corrected as follows:

1 Section 1 (1) is amended in paragraph (a) of the definition of "articles" by striking out "section 176 (2) (a)" and substituting "section 176 (3) (a)".

2 Section 25 is amended by renumbering the second subsection (1) as subsection (3).

3 Section 176 is amended

(a) in subsection (3) by striking out "subsection (1)" and substituting "subsection (2)", and

(b) in subsection (4) by striking out "subsections (1) and (2)" and substituting "subsections (2) and (3)".

4 Section 177 is amended by striking out "section 176 (1)" wherever it appears and substituting "section 176 (2)".

5 Sections 180 (2) and 185 (1) (b) are amended by striking out "section 176 (2) (a)" and substituting "section 176 (3) (a)".

6 Section 182 is amended by striking out "section 176 (2)" and substituting "section 176 (3)".
