1 The following statutes are corrected as set out in the attached Schedule:
(a) British Columbia Railway Act;
(b) British Columbia Transit Act;
(c) Motor Vehicle Act.
Schedule
British Columbia Railway Act
1 Section 53 (e) of the British Columbia Railway Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 36, is amended by striking out "under that section 21;" and substituting "under that section;".
British Columbia Transit Act
2 Section 16 (3) (a) and (b) of the British Columbia Transit Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 38, is amended by striking out "Municipal Grants Act (Canada)" and substituting "Payments in Lieu of Taxes Act (Canada)".
Motor Vehicle Act
3 Section 82 (10.1) of the Motor Vehicle Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 318, is amended by striking out "and of other records" and substituting "and other records".
