Corrections to Ministry of Labour and Citizens' Services statutes

1 The following statutes are corrected as set out in the attached Schedule:

(a) Employment Standards Act;

(b) Legislative Assembly Allowances and Pension Act;

Schedule

Employment Standards Act

1 Section 1 (1) of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 113, is amended in the definition of "insolvency Act" by striking out "Winding-up Act (Canada);" and substituting "Winding-up and Restructuring Act (Canada);".

Legislative Assembly Allowances and Pension Act

2 Section 8 (2) of the Legislative Assembly Allowances and Pension Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 257, is amended by striking out "in addition to amounts paid to that member under section 4 (10)".

Workers Compensation Act

3 Section 21 (4) (a) of the Workers Compensation Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 492, is amended by striking out "(Canada)".
