Corrections to Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance statutes

1 The Employment and Assistance Act is corrected as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 Section 35 (3) (i) of the Employment and Assistance Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 40, is amended by striking out "purposes commencing" and substituting "purposes of commencing".
