1 The following statutes are corrected as set out in the attached Schedule:
(a) Community Charter;
(b) Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District Act;
(c) Local Government Act;
(d) Vancouver Charter.
Schedule
Community Charter
1 Section 35 (2) of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, is amended
(a) in paragraphs (d) and (e) by striking out "under the Park (Regional) Act", and
(b) in paragraph (g) by striking out "section 66 of the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act" and substituting "section 24 of the Forest and Range Practices Act".
2 Section 263.1 (1) is amended by striking out "section 261" and substituting "section 263".
Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District Act
3 Section 6 (11) of the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District Act, S.B.C. 1956, c. 59, is amended by striking out "New Westminister" and substituting "New Westminster".
Local Government Act
4 Section 811 (5) of the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 323, is amended by striking out "required by 86 (2)" and substituting "required by section 86 (2)".
5 Sections 924 (1) and 930 (4) are amended by striking out "section 52 (4) of the Transportation Act," and substituting "section 52 (3) of the Transportation Act,".
6 Section 926 (2) is amended by striking out "provided under 925 (1)" and substituting "provided under section 925 (1)".
7 Section 947 (3) is amended by striking out "a service under 800.1 (2) (h)" and substituting "a service under section 800.1 (2) (h)".
8 Section 996 (1) (b) (v) (A) is repealed and the following substituted:
(A) the names and addresses of any
(I) claimant of a lien filed under the Builders Lien Act,
(II) person who has registered a certificate of pending litigation under the Land Title Act,
(III) caveator under the Land Title Act,
(IV) person taking a security interest in fixtures under the Personal Property Security Act, or
(V) spouse claiming the benefits of the Land (Spouse Protection) Act, and .
Vancouver Charter
9 Section 180 (1) of the Vancouver Charter, S.B.C. 1953, c. 55, is amended by striking out "In this section, public service organization shall mean" and substituting "In this section, "public service organization" shall mean".
10 Section 317 (1) (o) (ii) is amended by striking out "pursuant to Motor Vehicle Act" and substituting "pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Act".
