1 The following statutes are corrected as set out in the attached Schedule:
(a) Adoption Act;
(b) Health and Social Services Delivery Improvement Act.
Schedule
Adoption Act
1 Section 1 of the Adoption Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 5, is amended by repealing the definition "birth fathers" and substituting the following:
"birth fathers' registry" means the registry referred to in section 10; .
2 Section 27 (1) is amended by striking out ‘ "heath care provider" ’ and substituting ‘ "health care provider" ’.
Health and Social Services Delivery Improvement Act
3 Section 14 (4) of the Health and Social Services Delivery Improvement Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 2, is amended by striking out "notice of lay off" and substituting "notice of layoff".
