1 The following statutes are corrected as set out in the attached Schedule:
(a) Advanced Education Statutes Amendment Act, 2003;
(b) College and Institute Act;
(c) University Act.
Schedule
Advanced Education Statutes Amendment Act, 2003
1 Section 11 of the Advanced Education Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 48, is repealed and the following substituted:
11 Section 1 of the Financial Administration Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 138, is amended in the definition of "government body" by adding "and" at the end of paragraph (c) and by repealing paragraph (c.2).
2 Section 41 is amended by striking out "section 30" wherever it appears and substituting "section 28".
3 Section 42 is amended by striking out "section 36 (b)" wherever it appears and substituting "section 34 (b)".
4 Section 43 is amended by striking out "section 40" wherever it appears and substituting "section 37".
5 Section 44 is amended by striking out "section 43" wherever it appears and substituting "section 40".
College and Institute Act
6 Section 25 (3) (b) of the College and Institute Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 52, is amended by striking out "by".
University Act
7 Section 38.1 (3) of the University Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 468, is amended by striking out "an person" and substituting "a person".
