Statute Revision Act

With effect retroactive to April 21, 1997, the corrections to the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1996 in the attached Schedule are made.

Schedule

1 Section 8 (3) of the Build BC Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 40, is amended by striking out "section 18 (3)" and substituting "section 21 (3)".

2 Section 24 (2) of the College and Institute Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 52, is amended by striking out "one or more" and substituting "all".

3 Section 15 (3) of the Commercial Appeals Commission Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 54, is amended by striking out "Section 38 (3)" and substituting "Section 34 (5)".

4 Section 82 (1) of the Court Order Enforcement Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 78, is amended by striking out "in the British Columbia" and substituting "in British Columbia".

5 Section 59 (a) of the Evidence Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 124, is amended by striking out "in the British Columbia" and substituting "in British Columbia".

6 Section 2 (2) (b) (ii) of the Farm Practices Protection (Right to Farm) Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 131, is amended by striking out "Municpal Act" and substituting "Municipal Act".

7 Section 20 (1) (a) of the Social Service Tax Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 431, is amended by striking out "passenger vehicle," and substituting "passenger vehicle or multijurisdictional vehicle,".

8 Section 21 (1) (a) (ii) and (b) of the Social Service Tax Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 431, is amended by adding ", other than a multijurisdictional vehicle," after "tangible personal property".

9 Section 77 (c) of the Social Service Tax Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 431, is amended by striking out "Division" and substituting "Part".
