Hon. G. Clark: By leave, I call motion No. 87, standing in the name of the Premier. I'll read the motion: "Be it resolved that this House condemn the American Bonneville Power Administration for breaking a solemn commitment on the delivery and disposition of the Canadian entitlement under the Columbia River Treaty."
The Speaker: Shall leave be granted?
An Hon. Member: Nay.
The Speaker: I hear a nay, hon. members.
Hon. G. Clark: Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I'm very disappointed that members want to choose to side with the Americans on this question and not even have a debate in the House.
I move this House do now adjourn.
