MR. SPEAKER: The Honourable Member for Vancouver South.
MRS. A. KRIPPS (Vancouver South): Mr. Speaker, I have two groups that I would like to introduce today. We have in the gallery a group of 55 students from the David Thompson School. They are here with their second vice principal Mr. Chuck Dick and teachers Mr. Robert Ellis, Miss Barbara Pollock, and Mrs. Hamilton and we also have a group of 25 from the Killarney Community Centre Women's Auxiliary with their President, Mrs. Robson. I would ask the House to welcome them.
MR. SPEAKER: The Honourable Member for Yale-Lillooet.
MR. W.L. HARTLEY (Yale-Lillooet): Mr. Speaker we have the privilege to have a group from the Nicola Valley, a group of secondary school students, with their teachers Mr. Pollard and Miss Bartusi. I know you are always happy to see residents and students from Yale-Lillooet, particularly when they bring a good shot of Nicola Valley sunshine as they did today. I hope you will welcome them.
MR. SPEAKER: The Honourable Member from Nanaimo.
MR. F.J. NEY (Nanaimo): Mr. Speaker, I would like to introduce an executive director of the Chefs' Cuisine Association from Nanaimo Vocational School who had their graduation ceremonies last night, Mrs. Blanche Livingstone.

(NON-PERSONAL LIABILITY)
MINERAL CLAIMS ACT
MR. SPEAKER: The Lieutenant-Governor transmits herewith a bill intituled Sunshine Comstock Limited (Nonpersonal Liability) Mineral Claims Act, and recommends the same to the legislative assembly. Dated at Government House March 3, 1972.
House in committee on Bill No. 47. On the recommendation of the committee, Bill No. 47, Sunshine Comstock Mines Limited (Non-Personal Liability) Mineral Claims Act introduced, read a first time and ordered to be placed on orders of the day for second reading at the next sitting after today.
