The House met at 2:00 p.m.
The Honourable L.R. Peterson presented to Mr. Speaker a Message from His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor.
On the motion of Mr. L.R. Peterson, Bill (No. 62) intituled An Act to Amend the Land Registry Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.
Pursuant to Order, the House again resolved itself into the Committee of Supply.
The committee rose, reported Resolutions 106 to 114, inclusive, Estimates of the Department of Highways, and Resolutions 184 to 196, inclusive, Estimates of the Department of Provincial Secretary, and asked leave to sit again.
By leave of the House, the Honourable W.D. Black, Minister of Highways, presented the Report of the Formal Investigation into the Circumstances Surrounding the Collision in Active Pass, British Columbia, on August 2, 1970, between Queen of Victoria and Sergey Yesenin.
The House adjourned at 5:55 p.m.

On the motion of Mr. D.L. Brothers, Bill (No. 47) intituled An Act to Amend the Public Schools Act was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on the Orders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.
Pursuant to Order, the House again resolved itself into the Committee of Supply.
The committee rose, reported Resolutions 197 to 217, inclusive, Department of the Provincial Secretary, and asked leave to sit again.
