The House met at 2 p.m.
On the motion of the Hon. R.G. Williston, Bill (No. 63) intituled An Act to Amend the Pollution Control Act, 1967, was introduced, read a first time, and Ordered to be placed on theOrders of the Day for second reading at the next sitting after today.
Pursuant to Order, the House again resolved itself into the Committee of Supply.

The Chairman reported Resolutions 200 to 219 inclusive.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair at 6 p.m.
The House met at 8 p.m.
Pursuant to Order, the House again resolved itself into the Committee of Supply.

The Committee reported Resolutions 220 to 235 inclusive.
The House proceeded to the Order "Presenting Reports by Standing and Special Committees."
Mr. B. Price presented the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Reports of the Select Standing Committee on Standing Orders and Private Bills, as follows:
"Mr. Speaker: Your Select Standing Committee on Standing Orders and Private Bills begs leave to report as follows:
Report No. 2: That the preamble to Bill (No. 52) intituled An Act Respecting Montreal Trust Company has been proved, and the Bill Ordered to be reported with amendment.
Report No. 3: That the preamble to Bill (No. 50) intituled An Act to Amend the Fruit Growers Mutual Insurance Company Act has been proved, and the Bill Ordered to be reported without amendment.
Report No. 4: That the preamble to Bill (No. 54) intituled An Act Respecting Yorkshire Trust Company has been proved, and the Bill Ordered to be reported with amendment.
Report No. 5: That the preamble to Bill (No. 51) intituled An Act to Amend the Vancouver Charter has been proved, and the Bill Ordered to be reported with amendments.
Report No. 6: That the preamble to Bill (No. 53) intituled An Act Respecting Office Administrators has not been proved to the satisfaction of your Committee, which recommends that the Bill not proceed further.
It is your Committee's opinion that the enactment of the proposed Bill would not be in the public interest.
Your Committee recommends that the deposit paid pursuant to Standing Orders by the petitioners be refunded.
Report No. 7: That the preamble to Bill (No. 55) intituled An Act Respecting Marine Surveyors has not been proved to the satisfaction of your Committee, which recommends that the Bill not proceed further.
It is your Committee's opinion that enactment of the proposed Bill would not be in the public interest.
