Deliberations
J. Sims (Chair): I’m calling the meeting to order. This is where you are going to have to eat and work at the same time.
Before we get going, I do want to acknowledge that we are here today meeting on the unceded territory of the Esquimalt and Songhees people, and we raise our hands and thank them for the privilege of working in this beautiful place.
Now, this is a meeting where most of it is going to be in camera, so I’m looking for a motion to move us in camera, please.
B. D’Eith: So moved.
J. Sims (Chair): Moved Bob D’Eith, seconded Mike Bernier that we go into camera.
Motion approved.
The committee continued in camera from 6:46 p.m. to 9:08 p.m.
