D. Routley (Chair): Members, I’ll call the meeting of the special committee to reform the Police Act to order.
I’ll thankfully acknowledge the territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋin̓əŋ-speaking peoples, Esquimalt and Songhees.
Getting the meeting underway, I’d ask for a motion to move the meeting in camera.
