Committee Planning

D. Routley (Chair): This is the special committee to review the Police Act. I welcome you all.

We have a fairly simple agenda here, an initial review of survey responses and some questions that need to be answered for staff in order to follow up with the survey respondents and set up meeting times and appointments.

Those are the kinds of things that we have to consider today, along with a revised workplan.

With that, I would ask…. Karan, if you could send us off.

K. Riarh (Clerk to the Committee): Is that a motion to go in camera?

D. Routley (Chair): I’m sorry. I’d ask for a motion.

That’s from Trevor Halford, seconded by Harwinder Sandhu.

Motion approved.

The committee continued in camera from 10:05 a.m. to 11:03 a.m.

[D. Routley in the chair.]

D. Routley (Chair): Thank you, Members, for this productive meeting.

I’d ask for a motion to adjourn the meeting, please.

From Trevor Halford and seconded by Rachna Singh.

Motion approved.

The committee adjourned at 11:03 a.m.
