The Chair called the Committee to order at 10:08 a.m.

Resolved, that the Committee meet in camera to deliberate on its draft report to the House. (Laurie Throness, MLA)

The Committee met in camera from 10:08 a.m. to 1:59 p.m.

The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 1:59 p.m.

N. Simons (Chair): Good morning, colleagues.

Deputy Chair, happy to see you here.

Glad to be with you all. I hope everyone had a chance to enjoy part of the summer at least and wasn’t too busy.

Here we are, deliberating on our report that is substantially drafted, thanks to the good work of the Clerk’s office. I appreciate that.

We have some deliberations to do. We should go in camera to do that, and I seek a motion to do so.
