Deliberations

N. Simons (Chair): Good morning, committee members and those who are joining us for the five minutes that we will not be in camera. You have a report — a very, very draft report — with some questions that we have asked in previous meetings that we haven’t yet had answers to. I’m going to ask if committee members are comfortable just taking ten minutes to review.

Since we will be going in camera, let’s have a motion to go in camera now.

R. Leonard: So moved.

N. Simons (Chair): Moved by Ronna-Rae, seconded by Ellis.

The committee continued in camera from 10:09 a.m. to 4:43 p.m.

[N. Simons in the chair.]

N. Simons (Chair): I have to just say thank you very much for everyone’s patience, commitment and real attention to this issue. I think we’ve done a really good job of deliberating, based on the excellent work of the Clerk of Committees staff. Thank you very much, all members, and thanks to Hansard, here and in the basement, or wherever they are — I’m still wondering — for all the work.

I hope everyone travels safely and enjoys the summer. Thank you very much.

With that, I seek a motion to adjourn. Seconded.

Motion approved.

The committee adjourned at 4:44 p.m.
