Present: Rachna Singh, MLA (Chair); Eric Foster, MLA (Deputy Chair); Spencer Chandra Herbert, MLA; Mike Morris, MLA; Adam Olsen, MLA
1.
There not yet being a Chair elected to serve the Committee, the meeting was called to
order at 3:32 p.m. by the Deputy Clerk and Clerk of Committees.
2.
Resolved, that Rachna Singh, MLA, be elected Chair of the
Special Committee to Appoint a Conflict of Interest Commissioner. (Spencer Chandra
Herbert, MLA)
3.
Resolved, that Eric Foster, MLA, be elected Deputy Chair of the
Special Committee to Appoint a Conflict of Interest Commissioner. (Mike Morris,
MLA)
4.
Resolved, that pursuant to the usual confidentiality
requirements for statutory officer appointment committees, all deliberations of the
Special Committee to Appoint a Conflict of Interest Commissioner be held
in-camera. (Spencer Chandra Herbert, MLA)
5.
The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 3:51 p.m.
