2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to deliberate on its draft report to the House. (John Yap, MLA)

3. The Committee met in-camera from 9:32 a.m. to 1:28 p.m.

4. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 1:28 p.m.
