D. McRae (Chair): Good morning, everybody. I am Don McRae, MLA for the Comox Valley. Today we are convening, again, the Special Committee to Review the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It is Thursday, March 10, and we are starting on time, at 8:15, just like we planned to do.
I’m going to ask for a motion to go in camera, because as we all know, deliberations of the committee are in camera, but the report-out is for the general public.
K. Corrigan: So moved.
D. McRae (Chair): Moved by Kathy Corrigan. Seconded by Jackie Tegart.
The committee continued in camera from 8:13 a.m. to 9:25 a.m.

D. McRae (Chair): We have now risen from the in-camera portion of the meeting. It is 9:25 of Thursday morning. The Special Committee to Review the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act has deliberated now for an hour and a half. I ask for a motion to adjourn.
Moved by John. Seconded by Jackie. The meeting is now over.
The committee adjourned at 9:26 a.m.
