1. The Chair called the Committee to order at 9:05 a.m.

2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to consider its draft recommendations (Doug Routley, MLA).

3. The Committee met in-camera from 9:06 a.m. to 10:19 a.m.

4. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 10:19 a.m.
