1. The Chair called the Committee to order at 9:04 a.m.
2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to deliberate on its draft report to the House. (Judy Darcy, MLA)
3. The Committee met in-camera from 9:05 a.m. to 11:11 a.m.
4. The Committee recessed from 10:06 a.m. to 10:13 a.m.
5. The Committee continued in public session at 11:11 a.m.
6. Resolved, on division, that the Select Standing Committee on Health adopt its Report as presented today. (Judy Darcy, MLA)
7. Resolved, on division, that the Chair of the Select Standing Committee on Health present the Report to the Legislative Assembly at the earliest available opportunity. (Judy Darcy, MLA)
8. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 11:12 a.m.

Committee Report to the House
J. Darcy (Deputy Chair): I move that the Select Standing Committee on Health approve and adopt its report as presented today.
L. Larson (Chair): Seconded by Donna.
Please record that Marc Dalton was opposed.
Motion approved.
J. Darcy (Deputy Chair): I move that the Chair of the Select Standing Committee on Health present the report to the Legislative Assembly at the earliest available opportunity.
