1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.

2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to consider its draft report. (George Heyman, MLA)

3. The Committee met in-camera from 9:04 a.m. to 11:09 a.m.

4. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 11:09 a.m.

M. Bernier (Chair): Good morning, everybody. We’re going to call the Special Committee to Review the Personal Information Protection Act committee meeting to order.

I guess the first order of business would be a motion to go in camera — so George, seconded by Simon.

Motion approved.

The committee continued in camera from 9:04 a.m. to 11:09 a.m.

M. Bernier (Chair): Now that we’re out of camera, with just a motion, we’re going to adjourn.

The committee adjourned at 11:09 a.m.
