1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.

2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to consider its draft report. (Spencer Chandra-Herbert, MLA)

3. The Committee met in-camera from 1:04 p.m. to 2:17 p.m.

4. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 2:17 p.m.

M. Morris (Chair): Thank you, everybody, for coming this morning. We are short Jackie Tegart, who sends her apologies and regrets that she couldn’t make it this morning. I understand that Scott is joining us by telephone later on.

S. Chandra Herbert (Deputy Chair): So moved.
