1. The Chair called the Committee to order at 12:10 p.m.
2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to deliberate on its draft budget consultation report. (Dave S. Hayer, MLA)
3. The Committee met in-camera from 12:10 p.m. to 12:51 p.m.
4. The Committee continued in public session at 12:51 p.m.
5. Resolved, that the Committee approve and adopt the Budget 2013 Consultation Report as presented and amended today and further, that the Committee authorize the Chair and Deputy Chair to work with committee staff to finalize any minor editorial changes to complete the supporting text. (Mable Elmore, MLA, Deputy Chair)
6. Resolved, that the Chair deposit a copy of the Budget 2013 Consultation Report with the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly on November 14, 2012; and further, that upon resumption of the sittings of the House, or at the next following session, the Chair shall present the report to the Legislative Assembly at the earliest available opportunity. 7. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 12:53 p.m.

D. Horne (Chair): I'm going to now call the Select Standing Committee on Finance and Government Services to order. We're currently dealing with our report on the 2013 budget consultations.
I will start by looking for a motion to move in camera.
D. Hayer: I move the motion to move in camera.
Motion approved.
The committee continued in camera from 12:10 p.m. to 12:51 p.m.

Committee Report to the House
D. Horne (Chair): We are now back on the record, and I'll recognize the Deputy Chair.
M. Elmore (Deputy Chair): I'd like to move a motion. I move that the committee approve and adopt the Budget 2013 consultation report as presented and amended today and, further, that the committee authorize the Chair and Deputy Chair to work with committee staff to finalize any minor editorial changes to complete the supporting text.
D. Horne (Chair): That's the first motion, so we should vote on that.
Motion approved.
D. Horne (Chair): Motion carried unanimously.
M.
