1. The Chair called the meeting to order at 10:06 a.m.
2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to undertake deliberations on its draft report to the House. (Rob Fleming, MLA)
3. The Committee met in-camera from 10:06 a.m. to 12:22 p.m.
4. The Committee recessed from 12:22 p.m. to 1:04 p.m.
5. The Committee continued in-camera until 1:49 p.m.
6. Resolved, that the Committee continue in public session. (Scott Fraser, MLA)
7. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 1:49 p.m.
