1. The Chair called the Committee to order at 10:04 a.m.
2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to consider its draft report. (Leonard Krog, MLA)
3. The Committee met in-camera from 10:04 a.m. to 10:35 a.m.
4. The Committee continued in public session at 10:35 a.m.
5. Resolved, that the Committee approve and adopt the draft report as amended today and further, that the Committee authorize the Chair and Deputy Chair to work with committee staff to finalize any minor editorial changes to complete the supporting text. (Kathy Corrigan, MLA)
6. Resolved, that the Chair shall present the Report to the Legislative Assembly at the earliest available opportunity. (Kathy Corrigan, MLA)
7. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 10:36 a.m.

M. Coell (Chair): Thank you, all, for being here. This may well be our last meeting before the Legislature sits. It does seem like a long time since July to now, but we've obviously done a fair amount of work, as well as our staff — Susan and Josie and others.
You've got a hard copy in front of you. I need a motion to go in camera at this point.
L. Krog: So moved.
Motion approved.

K. Corrigan (Deputy Chair): Yes. I move that the committee approve and adopt the draft report as amended today and, further, that the committee authorize the Chair and Deputy Chair to work with committee staff to finalize any minor editorial changes to complete the supporting text.
I also move that the Chair shall present the report to the Legislative Assembly at the earliest available opportunity.
