WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2012

The committee met at 9:03 a.m.

[M. Coell in the chair.]

M. Coell (Chair): We have a quorum. We have a number of items on our agenda today. Consideration of the proposed budget and workplan of the Office of the Auditor General — that will be in camera. Then we have our chief witness, John Doyle, the Auditor General. Then we'll review and consider the meeting dates and the ad that we would use to solicit public input. And then any other business.

With that, if I could have a motion to go in camera to include the Auditor General — and Michael Macdonell as well. Moved and seconded.

Motion approved.

The committee continued in camera from 9:04 a.m. to 9:25 a.m.

[M. Coell in the chair.]

M. Coell (Chair): A motion to approve the budget and workplan for the Office of the Auditor General — moved by Eric, seconded by Kathy.

Motion approved.

M. Coell (Chair): Thank you very much, John and Michael. We look forward to working with you.

M. Macdonell: Thank you. Us too.

M. Coell (Chair): We'll see you in late October.

The agenda will now go back into camera. If I can have a motion to move in camera — moved by Ben, seconded by Kathy.

Motion approved.
