1. The Chair called the Committee to order at 9:35 a.m.

2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to deliberate upon its report to the House (Harry Bloy, MLA).

3. The Committee deliberated in-camera from 9:36 a.m. to 10:08 a.m.

4. The Committee met in public session.

5. Resolved, that the Report be adopted as amended (Ron Cantelon, MLA).

6. Resolved, that the Chair present the Report to the House today, pursuant to the Committee's Terms of Reference (Harry Bloy, MLA).

7. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 10:09 a.m.

R. Cantelon (Chair): I think I'd like to call the Special Committee to Review the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and look for a motion to go into camera.

H. Bloy: I move we move in camera.

Motion approved.

The committee continued in camera from 9:36 a.m. to 10:08 a.m.

R. Cantelon (Chair): Move to recommend the report for submission. The question is: report adopted as amended?

Motion approved.

H. Bloy: I move that the Chair report this motion today to the House.
