2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to begin preparing its draft report to the House (John Rustad, MLA)

3. The Committee met in-camera from 8:09 a.m. to 11:21 a.m.

4. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 11:22 a.m.
