           R. Austin (Chair): Good morning. I'd like to call this meeting to order.

           We are here today to enter the deliberation stage of our final report.

           It is now appropriate for us to go in camera for these discussions. I'd like to entertain a motion to go in camera.

           The committee continued in camera at 10:06 a.m.
