WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2006

The committee met at 6:09 p.m.

           [J. Nuraney in the chair.]

           J. Nuraney (Chair): Members, any objection to doing this working-dinner meeting?

           J. Rustad: Should we go in camera?

           J. Nuraney (Chair): I need a motion that the meeting be conducted in camera.

           D. Routley (Deputy Chair): Just as a point of order, Mr. Chair, what is the purpose of conducting a meeting in camera?

           J. Nuraney (Chair): That's because the report needs to be confidential, not a public document, until it's finally approved. That's the reason. So do you second that, Doug?

           D. Routley (Deputy Chair): Yes.

           J. Nuraney (Chair): Seconded by Doug.

The committee continued in camera from 6:10 p.m. to 8:54 p.m.

           J. Nuraney (Chair): I need a motion now for the meeting to be adjourned.

Meeting adjourned. Thank you very much, members, and a very good night.

The committee adjourned at 8:54 p.m.
