The committee met at 9:17 a.m.

           [J. Nuraney in the chair.]

Election of Deputy Chair

           J. Nuraney (Chair): Good morning, and welcome back again to one of our really productive meetings, I hope.

If you look at the agenda, we have one housekeeping item that we need to look at and complete. As you know, we had changes in the membership midway through our process. The Deputy Chair, who was elected by this committee, had to resign and move on to some other committee, and that space, that chair, needs to be filled. I am told that Doug Routley has put his name forward. I believe that before I announce his name, we need a nomination.

           D. Cubberley: I'll nominate Doug Routley.

           D. Jarvis: Seconded.

           Motion approved.

           J. Nuraney (Chair): So Doug Routley is now duly Deputy Chair of this committee. Could I now have a motion that this committee proceed with its work in camera?

The committee continued in camera from 9:19 a.m. to 1:50 p.m.

The committee adjourned at 1:50 p.m.
