2. Resolved, that the Committee meet in-camera to review its confidential draft report. (Maurine Karagianis, MLA)

3. The Committee met in-camera from 12:26 p.m. to 3:12 p.m.

4. The Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair at 3:12 p.m.

           The committee met at 12:26 p.m.

           [B. Lekstrom in the chair.]

           B. Lekstrom (Chair): Good afternoon, members. At this time I would like to call the meeting of the Select Standing Committee on Finance and Government Services to order. Welcome, everybody, to our meeting. Today we will be going over the full draft report of our prebudget consultation tour and the submissions we received.

           With that, I would look for a motion to go in camera at this time.

           Motion approved.

           The committee met in camera from 12:26 p.m. to 3:12 p.m.

           B. Lekstrom (Chair): Okay. A motion to adjourn would be in order at this time.

           J. Kwan: Sorry, Mr. Chair. I just wanted to finalize the time line here. Is it the anticipation that committee members will get the final draft by Thursday afternoon?

           B. Lekstrom (Chair): Yeah.

           J. Fershau: I can have it ready for Thursday noon.

           J. Kwan: Thursday noon. Okay, great. Thanks.

           So everybody should submit their comments…

           B. Lekstrom (Chair): …no later than tomorrow.

           Okay. Motion to adjourn?

           Motion approved.

           The committee adjourned at 3:12 p.m.
